From the poignant, intimate storytelling contained in the film about Blue October to the powerful ‘Stripped Down with Rick Springfield ‘ (which aired throughout North America on PBS), Media 13 Studios continues to be at the forefront of blending music and story in inspiring ways.
The senseless death of Christina Grimmie had a profound effect on the Media 13 studios family. Just four weeks before her death, King Hollis directed her in four music videos in support of an upcoming album release. “Christina was kind and giving. Our team loved working with her. The news of her death reverberated through us. Truly, she was one of a kind,” said King Hollis.
